Abacoa Home Sales

Abacoa  home sales continue to rise as inventory continues to fall. The Abacoa inventory is at the lowest level in years. In places like the island of Abacoa you will see just one or two homes for sale. These homes once coming to market usually take no more than 30 days to sell, which are usually at a premium compared to most Abacoa communities. As of today there are just 31 homes for sale in the entire Abacoa community. The least expensive three bedroom home is now listed at $335,000. There are only 12 homes for sale under 400,000. The continued demand for Abacoa homes is due in part to the newness of the community, the local schools, and the amenities inside the community. Home prices in Jupiter continue to climb with an approximate 10% rise in home prices since January in many of the communities. With such low inventory levels sellers are dictating the deals more than the buyers. Windsor Park in Abacoa has broken ground and is the newest community in Abacoa. Expect to pay somewhere around $200 per square foot for new home. Townhomes inside Abacoa also remain high with older townhomes selling for nearly whether new townhome would sell for today. This is good news for sellers and bad news for buyers. We continue to see positive articles in both the newspapers and TV portraying the turnaround of the real estate market in Jupiter.  Start your search for Jupiter home  in Abacoa at www.AbacoaJupiterHomes.com.
