Why buy a home in Jupiter

Abacoa Homes For Sale

What draws buyers to Jupiter Florida and the reason to purchase a single family Jupiter home? The number 1 reason I hear is buyers hear about the excellent schools in Jupiter  as well as the appeal of the town itself. Jupiter has done a great job of controlling development in the past but has lost some of it’s control in the past decade. It is still one of the most beautiful areas in Palm Beach County. Drive along US 1 and you won’t see rows of commercial shops and buildings but wide open green space. You will see parks and bluff areas with no homes. Even the commercial buildings are small in statute until you reach the new Harborside Place which is a scaled down version of City Place. It was a sore spot for many Jupiter locals but the new buyers that are coming to Jupiter are looking for places like this. The Jupiter Riverwalk which is a 2 mile stretch of path that runs along the Intracoastal and ends at the Funky Fishing Village which has several waterfront restaurants  and bars for outdoor entertainment.

Jupiter Outdoor Activities

With many parks, Jonathan Dickinson State Park and several area golf clubs Jupiter has an array of different activities. The beautiful Intracoastal waters along Jupiter Island are popular spots for paddleboarders and boaters. Blowing Rocks and Coral Key Park on Jupiter Island are other attractions. The Jupiter Lighthouse which overlooks the Jupiter Inlet is great for boaters to shoot out for a day of fishing and the Bahamas are about 60 miles away. Country Club communities such as Admirals Cove and Jupiter Hills are popular clubs for social lifestyles.

Jupiter Single Family Home Communities

With newer homes in Communities such Abacoa which offer a live, work and play environment. It features an array of different homes and townhomes from 500 sq. ft to 5,000 sq. ft. They have a Downtown Abacoa, Roger Dean Stadium which features spring training baseball and a local golf club. Minutes to the beaches of Juno and Jupiter. It is a popular Jupiter single family community.

Tequesta Country Club is a complete opposite with homes built in the late 60’s and early 70’s. This quiet community features a golf course and waterfront homes on the Loxahatchee River. Secluded but just minutes to shopping in Tequesta and the Jupiter River Walk many buyers find this an appealing place to call home. They also feature a community boat ramp. We have old Jupiter and new Jupiter to fit every homeowners needs.
