Abacoa homes continue to climb in pricing

The market for homes and townhomes in the community continue to hit record prices. Demand so far seems to exceed supply putting upward pressure on the used market. Also Pulte is continuing  to raise their prices on the new models in Windsor Park as well as eliminating some features that use to be standard. No longer are you getting washer/dryer and a refrigerator. They have become all options. The wait time for a new home in Windsor Park in Abacoa is 6-9 months and may be longer. The last time they opened a new phase people were camping out, somewhat reminiscent of 2006. What do we see in the upcoming months and into 2015.

Abacoa Jupiter homes

Well with demand seeing no let up and more and more people continue to retire from the North I see increased pricing for both Abacoa and Jupiter homes in general. This is the final phase of Pulte and Abacoa so once this is done there is little land left to build East of 95. This may put pressure on Martin County and we may start seeing more people moving North into Martin County in places like Palm City. The demand for Jupiter homes has never been so great with inventory levels at near record lows. The hardest part of my job is finding properties to sell.
